In a display of bipartisanship, on June 5, 2020, President Trump signed into law the Paycheck Protection Program Flexibility Act (PPPFA) in an attempt to address many concerns expressed by the small business community around the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) aimed at providing COVID-19 relief.
On May 27, 2020, the House passed the PPPFA by 417-1 and the Senate approved it by unanimous consent on June 3. The new law addresses the following flaws in the original PPP program created under the CARES Act:

If you require a receipt immediately, call or text us at (360) 610-7140. (Please feel free to take the pen with you so we don’t spread germs!)
You can sign up for online banking, apply for loans, request a check or transfer money online. We have updated our services to include secure online document signatures so you can sign your documents without leaving home.
PSRFCU also offers banking by phone at 1-800-860-5704. When prompted enter the 3-digit PIN 948. You will be asked for your 4-digit account number and your personal PIN, which is defaulted to the last 4 numbers of your SSN. You will then be prompted to change your PIN, be sure to keep this handy for all of your banking sessions.
